UBER FOR MUSIC LESSONS

You're bringing private education directly into a family's home.

No waiting rooms

No rearranging dinner

No traffic

No carpooling

No loading siblings into the car

So the in-home music school model should be a high profit business, right?

Unfortunately, for most it's not — yet.

THE SIMPLE SHIFT

You're not just selling music lessons.

Recognizing your value

You're giving busy families something they really want: more hours in their day.

Communicating it clearly

Raising your prices with confidence, without scaring families away.

Many in-home music school owners are still pricing themselves like the studio down the street.

This guide will help you change that.

More money. More freedom.

Build the school that gives you your time back.

INSIDE THE FREE GUIDE

What you'll walk away with

  • Recognize the REAL value of your in-home lessons and price them as the premium service they are.

  • Discover where fear or old pricing habits may still be holding you back.

  • Raise your prices confidently while keeping the students who value what you provide.

  • Increase profitability without adding more and more lessons to your own calendar.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You know you should probably charge more, but...

  • You’re afraid students will leave.

  • You keep comparing your prices to local studios.

  • You feel like you need more credentials before you can justify a higher rate.

  • You hesitate when someone asks why your lessons cost more.

  • You’ve grown your school, but your pricing still reflects the teacher you were when you started.

If any of that sounds familiar, this guide was made for you.

Trained and hired 50+ teachers — and served 1,000+ students along the way.

By Nicole Kovar

I started teaching piano lessons after my full-time job because, honestly, I needed the money.

Within a few months, I had a waitlist. Before I knew it, piano lessons were making me way more money than my day job.

So I took the leap and became an in-home music teacher.

10 years ago, I hired my first two teachers and founded my music school. Since then, we've served more than 1,000 students and trained and hired over 50 teachers.

Today, I no longer teach or run the daily operations. I have both a teaching team and a full operations team handling sales, customer service, HR, and bookkeeping.

And because we’re an in-home music school, I’ve been able to build all of this without a lease or a building to manage.

Learning how to charge premium prices is the reason why I have a school that runs without me today.
